Capital Reversion
This application is for Regional churches that have a Board/Business Session vote to make capital improvements on the campus. This form is only to be completed by the Pastor or Board member responsible for the church plant or project being addressed. The completed form is submitted to the local conference Regional Ministries Director. In complete applications should not be submitted to the Pacific Union Conference Regional Ministries for approval.
